KCA’s Mentors Panel consists of expert Chefs with years of Culinary learning experience who will train our young chefs during competitions.





Chef Aamir Iqbal

Chef Aamir Iqbal is a renowned professional celebrity Chef and a Lead Auditor Food Safety (Internationally certified from SGS) in Pakistan who started his career with a professional certification from PITHM. With over 15 years of culinary experience as a professional and as a certified trainer with a number of culinary arts institutes, Chef Aamir is the official coordinator, speaker, demonstrative chef and representative of the World Curry Festival UK and Malaysia. He currently spends his time training young culinary artists and consulting at various restaurants.


Chef Yasir Mumtaz

Chef Yasir is an expert Japanese Chef and has the multiple years of experience in renowned hotels of Pakistan such as the Avari Hotel, Kammashi and Benjorong Restaurant.


Chef Raheel Sheikh

Chef Raheel Sheikh is experienced Sushi Chef and a certified instructor for Food & Beverages. He has been working at the Avari Hotel, Karachi for the past 8 years.


Chef Shabana Habib

Shabana Habib is a qualified Chef from P.I.T.H.M with an enriched professional experience as a Cooking Expert, Culinary Mentor, Trainer and Food Stylist. She has been associated with Unilever & Dalda Foods for the past 3 decades, developing recipes of all types of cuisines for Dalda’s monthly magazine – Dalda ka Dasterkhwan and leading ‘Dalda Advisory Service’ since 1997 as a ‘Culinary Mentor & Trainer’ for teenagers, housewives, home chefs and trainees all over the country.
